All high-value transactions on WideNames are subject to the following protocols:

• Escrow Requirement: To ensure safety, all major transfers must be processed through an approved third-party escrow service (e.g., Escrow.com, Atom.com).
• Payment Terms: Assets are only transferred once full payment has been secured and verified by the escrow provider.
• Transfer Timeline: We initiate transfer protocols within 24 hours of payment verification. The total time for completion depends on the registrar and the buyer's responsiveness.

WideNames does not guarantee that any domain name listed is free of trademark claims. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to conduct due diligence regarding trademarks and intellectual property rights before making a purchase.

The content, layout, and design of the WideNames website are the exclusive property of WideNames and are protected by international copyright laws.

WideNames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
